Discover the rewarding craft of traditional green woodworking with Coppice Collective in Bradford. Our hands-on wood craft courses teach you how to create your own wooden furniture, such as stools and small woodland-inspired projects, using traditional hand tools and sustainably sourced green wood.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or already have some woodworking experience, our friendly and practical workshops will help you develop new skills and take home something you’ve made yourself.

Our green woodworking courses are designed to be welcoming and inclusive. Projects are tailored to suit your experience level, allowing everyone to work at a comfortable pace.
Whether this is your first woodworking workshop or you’re looking to improve existing skills, our instructors will guide you through the process to help you achieve a finished piece you’re proud of.
Accessibility
Some activities require participants to sit on a traditional woodworking bench and use hand-operated tools. A basic level of mobility and hand strength is helpful.
We are committed to making our workshops as accessible as possible and may be able to make reasonable adjustments for people with specific physical requirements. Please contact us before booking so we can discuss your needs and explore suitable options.
