Restoring Woodlands
Improve your wellbeing while helping to care for your local environment.

Our community woodland restoration group brings people together to improve local green spaces through woodland management, litter picking and conservation activities.

Spending time outdoors and connecting with nature can help reduce stress, improve mental wellbeing and create a stronger sense of community. Whether you’re experienced or completely new, everyone is welcome to take part.

Occupational Therapy
Feeling overwhelmed, stressed or struggling to manage everyday life?

Our qualified Occupational Therapist offers personalised one-to-one support to help you overcome challenges, improve wellbeing and develop practical strategies for daily living.

Together we can explore the emotional, social, environmental and practical factors affecting your life and identify realistic steps towards positive change.

Woodland Craft
Discover traditional woodland crafts in a relaxed and supportive outdoor environment.

Learn practical skills such as spoon carving, green woodworking, stool making and other traditional crafts using hand tools and locally sourced timber.

These hands-on workshops are a great way to learn new skills, improve confidence, meet like-minded people and enjoy the wellbeing benefits of spending time outdoors.
